Case Study
This project is designed around bold water architecture and a clean, modern layout that maximizes both function and visual impact. A large rectangular pool forms the foundation of the space, paired with an elevated spa that spills seamlessly into the main body of water to create a layered resort style experience.
The focal point is a raised water feature wall with multiple sheer descents, introducing movement, sound, and a strong sense of structure along the pool edge. Smooth hardscape surfaces and crisp coping lines keep the design restrained and contemporary, while the covered outdoor kitchen and bar establish a natural extension of the home for entertaining and gathering.
Thoughtful lighting and a landscaped privacy border soften the geometry and elevate the atmosphere at night, creating an outdoor environment that feels intentional, balanced, and built for high end everyday living.
