Case Study
This project is designed as a true private estate retreat, blending luxury outdoor living with the natural character of the property. The layout is organized around a freeform lagoon style pool framed by boulder accents, layered planting, and curated lighting, creating an environment that feels immersive, organic, and intentionally resort driven.
Multiple entertainment zones are integrated throughout the site, from sun shelves and waterside lounging to elevated gathering terraces centered around fire features and framed views into the landscape. Stone walls, natural textures, and warm wood tones reinforce the rustic modern architecture, while cascading water elements and soft landscape transitions bring movement and depth to the entire setting.
Beyond the main poolscape, the design extends into a complete outdoor lifestyle experience with dedicated recreation areas, intimate seating pockets, and a secluded cabana lounge. The result is an outdoor environment that feels expansive, refined, and purpose built for unforgettable gatherings from day to night.
