Endless Design Consultants offers flat-rate, builder-friendly pricing designed to keep projects moving without hidden costs or unnecessary complexity. Our pricing structure allows builders to choose only the services they need, while maintaining clear expectations around scope and turnaround.
All pricing shown reflects design and documentation services only. We do not provide engineered or architectural plans.
Flexible deliverables: We can adjust our plans (logo/branding, notes, callouts, & data fields) to fit your workflow.
Builder Pricing Overview
Core VIP3D Design & Renderings — Starting at $450
Our most commonly used service for builders.
Includes:
Custom pool and/or outdoor living design
Sales-ready still renderings (typically 8–12 images)
Up to 3 major revisions
Important Notes:
This rate applies to most standard residential pool projects
Larger or unusually complex designs may be quoted higher after review
Base pricing includes still-image renderings only
2D plans, videos, and documentation are available as add-ons
No engineered or architectural plans are provided
Add-On Services (Per Project)
Add-ons allow builders to customize deliverables based on project needs.
Add-on pricing applies when paired with a VIP3D Design project only. Standalone requests are quoted separately.
Add-ons apply to most standard residential projects and complex/large designs may come at an additional cost.
Layout Plan — +$50
A 2D top-view PDF designed to support accurate quoting.
Includes:
Overall pool and deck measurements
Key dimensions and offsets
Project data estimates (pool area, gallons, coping linear feet, etc.)
Permit Document — +$50
Builder-ready documentation to support permit submissions.
Includes:
Impervious coverage table (if required)
Key dimensions and property line setbacks
Code-related verbiage

Plumbing & Electrical Estimate Sheet — +$75
A representational planning tool to assist with project coordination.
Includes:
Plumbing and electrical run layouts
Estimated run lengths and line counts
Standard equipment locations (returns, skimmers, lights, etc.)
High-impact visuals ideal for sales presentations.
Includes:
Smooth camera fly-through of the project
Music-backed walkthrough

3D Video Walkthrough — +$50
Construction Plan Sets (Non-Engineered) — Starting at +$400
A coordinated documentation package for builders and crews.
Includes:
Reference render sheet
Dimensioned layout with depth profile and project details
Plumbing & electrical estimate sheet
Masonry / hardscape and finishes sheet
General construction notes and disclaimers

Builders submitting 8 or more projects per month may qualify for volume-based pricing or monthly partnership options.
