This design is crafted as a modern lakehouse retreat, blending clean architecture with relaxed outdoor living in a way that feels elevated but effortless. The layout centers around a sleek rectangular pool with a dramatic perimeter overflow edge, using movement and sound from the water feature to give the entire space a resort level atmosphere while keeping the lines simple and refined.
Surrounding landscape beds, clean path lighting, and soft lakeside plantings frame the space for privacy and warmth, turning the property into a true destination that feels calm during the day and cinematic at night.
The pool is supported by multiple lounging environments, including a main sun deck lined with premium chaise seating, a shaded relaxation zone, and an open fire pit terrace placed to capture the best sunset views toward the water. A wide staircase transition and layered deck elevation creates a natural flow from the home down into the poolscape, making the experience feel intentional and fully integrated rather than added on.
