Case Study

The focal point is the raised feature wall: three scuppers create constant movement and sound, framed by fire bowls on each side for that fire + water moment at night. Layered planting, low path lighting, and open deck space keep it functional for everyday use while still feeling elevated and intentional.

Hardscape is treated as a graphic grid—large-format stepping pads set in turf guide circulation between the pool, lounge zones, and entertainment areas. The design is supported by layered planting beds and low landscape lighting that soften the edges without cluttering the geometry. A dedicated covered outdoor kitchen and bar pavilion extends the living space and establishes a clear gathering hub, while subtle water features add motion and sound without overpowering the minimalist layout.
